The 2011 Ford Mustang puts 305 high-performance horses in the hands of V-6 coupe buyers with a new all-aluminum double-overhead-camshaft (DOHC) engine that delivers 31 mpg on the highway with a six-speed automatic transmission.
The all-new six-speed automatic is joined by a six-speed manual transmission for the shift-it-yourself crowd, while handling and cornering is bolstered by the addition of Electric Power Assist Steering (EPAS) and a host of suspension improvements.

Professional drifter Vaughn Gittin Jr. is trying his hand at building cars, and his first attempt made its debut at the 2009 SEMA Show. Named the RTR-C, this 2010 Mustang features a body made entirely of carbon fiber. The lightweight material is also featured throughout the interior, helping to shave more than 400 pounds off the car. Saleen Performance Vehicles today unveiled the first in its 2010 premiere line of high-performance cars, the 2010 Saleen S281. The introduction took place at the annual SEMA (Specialty Equipment Market Association) Show at the Las Vegas Convention Center.
