Turboneticshas announced the release of the 2005-09 Ford Mustang Tuner Kit for those wanting to customize their own turbo setup. The kit is available for 2005-2009 Mustang GTs with manual transmissions and comes with many of the same items as the complete kit including the 60 Series ceramic ball bearing turbo, a 60mm compressor inducer and a Spearco front-mounted intercooler. The Mustang Club of America held its annual West Coast show today at the Airtel Plaza Hotel in Van Nuys, CA, hosted by the Mustang Owners Club of California. Motor Trend magazine got the very first chance to test out the 2011 Shelby GT350 prototype that was unveiled at Barrett-Jackson back in January, and the results are nothing short of impressive. With its supercharged 5.0-liter V8 putting out 525 horsepower, the Shelby was able to reach 60 mph in 3.7 seconds and pass the quarter mile mark in just 12.0 seconds flat at 121 mph. Ford has officially released a TSB (10-19-4)  for 2011 Mustang GTs with the 6-speed manual transmission regarding clutch problems. The TSB was issued following reports from owners who experienced “clutch stayout” during high rpm shifts, meaning the clutch would stay on the floor even after the gear was engaged and the clutch was released. The TSB affects 2011 Mustangs built on or before April 25, 2010.
