Custom 2011 Mustang auctioned off to benefit the Tony Hawk Foundation
This past weekend the Tony Hawk Foundation held its 7th annual Stand Up for Skateparks benefit in Beverly Hills, CA to raise money to build free, quality, public skateparks. In addition to selling a limited number of admission tickets, the event raises money through its charity auction, and this year one of the items up for grabs was this custom 2011 Mustang GT.
Built in cooperation with Tony Hawk, Galpin Auto Sports and DUB, this unique pony car features a Street Scene body kit, upper and lower side scoops, custom grill, tinted lights, custom painted graphics and badges, TIS three-piece wheels DUB Edition wheels, Pirelli tires, Ford Racing lowering springs, Flowmaster exhaust, and Katzkin custom leather interior. The 5.0L V8 has also been bumped up to 425 horsepower. The winning bidder managed to get quite a deal with a high bid of just $45,000. You can see the car in detail in the photo gallery below.
