Agent 47 Harbinger

Agent 47 debuted their Harbinger race car at SEMA last year, but at the time the car was still in prototype form and lacked a powertrain. The company brought the car back for 2010, and has announced they are now taking orders for the specially built Mustang race car.

So what exactly is the Harbinger? Agent 47 describes the car in this way:

Starting with the timeless and aggressive styling of the 69 TransAm mustangs, Agent 47 uses race winning chassis design, state of the art engineering and rapid manufacturing to bring you The Harbinger. Built specifically for serious track duty or ultra high performance street, this vehicle has ominous looks and the hardware to back them up.

Each car features the following components:

  • Brand new Dynacorn repro body or a existing 69 or 70 mustang shell
  • Race spec, low visual obstruction design, 12 point, chassis stiffening rollcage of DOM steel
  • Race proven SLA (double A-arm) Front suspension
  • Ultra stable, Bill Osborne designed, V-link rear suspension
  • Speedway Engineering 9” full floating rear axle
  • Penske adjustable racing shocks with optional weight jacks at all four corners
  • Ducted, low drag and lift hood, engineered and crafted by Agent 47
  • Agent 47 designed vintage Recaro style racing seats
  • Agent 47 designed, lightweight, Forgeline racing wheels
  • Brakes and master cylinders by AP racing
  • 16 lightweight components manufactured using the latest Rapid prototyping technology
  • NVH controlled interior with strategic, lightweight, sound dampening materials

Agent 47 has announced that they will limit production of the Harbinger to just 250 units, with a starting price for a rolling chassis listed at $59,500.
