Video: The 2012 Mustang Boss 302 does a virtual 1/4 mile run
The 2010 Los Angeles Auto Show will be open until November 28, and if you are in the Southern California area then it’s worth going to check out the Ford display alone. Each of the 2011 Mustang models is on the show floor along with the 2012 Boss 302 and Boss 302 Laguna Seca Package, but there’s more than just the cars. We earlier detailed the display showing all of the unique features of the 2012 Mustang Boss 302, and Ford has even gone as far as setting up a dyno in the convention center to allow for simulated 1/4 mile runs.
In case you can’t make it to the show, we took a video of one of the virtual 1/4 mile runs for your viewing pleasure. We know it’s not quite the real world, but by our count the elapsed time ones in at almost exactly 13 seconds. Turn up your speakers and check out the video below:
