American Pony Builders TV Show

There seems to be a television for just about everything these days, so why not one about Mustangs? That was what the guys at R&A Motorsports were thinking when they came up with American Pony Builders. Jeff Yergovich, the shop’s restoration sales manager and host of the show, has been restoring and working on Mustangs for 35 years and is an expert when it comes to Ford’s pony car. The idea of the show is for Yergovich to showcase all aspects of the Mustang world, from car shows to auctions to new products as well as offering technical tips and ideas for both modern and classic Mustangs.

R&A Motorsports even went as far as to create a trailer for the proposed television series, and we have to say we were quite impressed. The show looks like it has a relatively high production value, and we could easily see it getting picked up by a cable tv station. Unfortunately the Discovery Channel has declined the show for now, citing that the show “does not meet the current programming and inventory needs,” but we hope that American Pony Builders finds a home, whether on the internet or on television.

You can view the trailer below, or check out www.AmericanPonyBuilders.com for more info.
