2004 Mustang GT-R Concept up for auction on eBay
When the 2004 Mustang GT-R Concept went up for sale at the RM’s auction in Monterey last August, we figured it was a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to own a one-off Ford show car. With that in mind, we fully expected the bidding to be go well into the six figure range, but the final price of $110,000 ended up being quite a bargain.
For those that missed out on the sale of the Mustang GT-R Concept the first time around, though, it looks like they are getting a second chance. The current owners of the car, a Ford dealer located in Carrollton, TX, have put it up on eBay with a starting bid of $139,900. There is also a reserve price on the car, although it’s unknown. If someone bites that will leave them with a tidy profit, but we still think it’s a bargain for a piece of Mustang history. You can view the auction here.
