AEM has announced a new cold air intake system for the 2011+ Mustang GT. Available in Gun Metal Gray (part #21-8122DC) or a Polished Vacuum Metallized finish (part #21-8122DP), the cold air intake features mandrel-bent aliminum tubing, AEM’s DryFlow synthetic filter, heavy duty  3/16″ brackets and double wound hose clamps.

AEM says that the cold air intake will not only improve the sound of the 5.0L V8, but it adds power as well. Their dyno testing shows an improvement of eight horsepower at 5000 rpm and ten lb-ft torque at 4400 rpm. A limited lifetime warranty is also offered. Retail pricing is listed at $429.00.
