New Product: AFE Stage 2 Air Intake System for the 2011+ Mustang 5.0
Air Flow Engineering (AFE) has announced a new intake system for the 2011+ Mustang 5.0. The Stage 2 cold air intake produces a claimed 22 horsepower and 27 lb/ft torque, out-flowing the factory intake by 33%. Enclosed in a durable 16 gauge, powder-coated heat shield, this air intake system features a washable/reusable Pro 5 R 360 degree Radial Flow air filter that improves airflow for increased horsepower and torque. The intake system also features a polished aluminum tube with a built-in MAF pad, 3-angle adaptor and an auxiliary air scoop that replaces the stock intake tract and directs increased air flow. The one-piece heat shield requires little or no assembly and the filter is constructed with 100% polyurethane for long life and multiple cleaning cycles.
AFE lists the price of the 2011+ Mustang Stage 2 Air Intake System at $345.45.
